By downloading and using the ParkingQR app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description

ParkingQR provides a digital parking permit system. Users can purchase QR-based parking stickers valid for 6 months, manage their vehicles, and verify permits via QR code scanning.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• One account per person. Multiple vehicles can be registered under one account.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
• Accepted methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Upon successful payment, the permit is activated immediately.

4. Permit Usage

• Each permit is linked to a specific vehicle plate number.
• Permits are non-transferable between vehicles.
• Permits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Tampering with QR codes or permit data is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in the ParkingQR app are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

ParkingQR is not responsible for any parking violations, towing, or penalties. The permit is a facilitation tool and does not guarantee parking availability.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 27 February 2026

1. Cancellation

• Once a parking permit is purchased and activated, it cannot be cancelled as the QR sticker is generated immediately.
• If payment fails or is pending, the order can be retried from the "My Orders" section in the app.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate Payments: If you are charged multiple times for the same permit, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
• Payment Debited but Permit Not Activated: If payment is deducted but the permit is not activated due to a technical error, a full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days after verification.
• General Purchases: Completed and activated permits are non-refundable as they are digital goods activated instantly.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@parkingqr.com with your Order ID, Transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

ParkingQR is a 100% digital product. There is no physical shipping involved.

2. Delivery of Digital Permit

• Upon successful payment via Razorpay, your QR parking permit is activated instantly within the app.
• You can view, download (PDF), and share your digital permit immediately.
• No shipping charges or delivery timelines apply.

3. Delivery Failure

In rare cases where the digital permit is not delivered due to technical errors despite successful payment, please contact us at support@parkingqr.com. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours or initiate a full refund.
